2 Eggs1/3 cup Sugar1/4 teaspoon Salt2 cups scalded low-fat Milk1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and add vanilla. Place in a two quart baking dish and then place, uncovered, into a pan containing 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
