This is a hearty breakfast recipe for the cold winter months. The balance of carbohydrates, fruit and protein will keep your appetite satisfied well into the afternoon.


2 cups old-fashioned Oatmeal
4 cups fat-free Milk
Pinch of Salt
4 tablespoons Peanut butter
2 Bananas, sliced


Combine the oatmeal, milk and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the peanut butter, banana and mix gently. Cook for another minute and serve. Add more milk if too thick.
