2 cups old-fashioned Oatmeal4 cups fat-free MilkPinch of Salt4 tablespoons Peanut butter2 Bananas, sliced
Combine the oatmeal, milk and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the peanut butter, banana and mix gently. Cook for another minute and serve. Add more milk if too thick.Yield: 4 Servings
