Low fat and low carbohydrates.
4 (6 ounces) boneless, skinless, Chicken breast 1 tablespoon Lemon juice1/3 cup cherry Preserves1 dash ground Allspice
Pat chicken dry and place on rack of broiler. (I used my George Foreman grill) Brush with lemon juice, heat 6 minutes. Turn and brush with lemon juice, cook 6 to 9 minute longer or until tender and not pink. In a small sauce pan heat cherry preserves and all spice. Spoon over chicken and serve.
