Mock Mozz Sticks


2 1/4 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick)
2/3 cup Milk
1 package (8 ounces) plain string Cheese
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 can (8 ounces) Pizza sauce, heated


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stir baking mix and milk until smooth. Flour surface w/ Bisquick. Roll to coat. Shape into a ball. Knead. Roll out dough until 1/4 in. thick. Cut into eight 6x2-in. rectangles. Roll each rectangle around 1 piece of cheese. Roll on surface to seal. Pinch edges. Place seam down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm cheese sticks. Serve w/ warm pizza sauce.
