Ingredients:

4 cups torn Mesclun salad
1 cup low-fat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat Feta cheese
1/2 cups chopped red Pepper
1/4 cup Walnut pieces
1/4 cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Preparation:

Arrange greens on 4 salad plates.
Add 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tablespoons feta cheese and 2 tablespoons red pepper.
Top each with 1 tablespoon walnut pieces and 1 tablespoon dressing.
