Refreshing Tea with Ginger, Mint, Cardemom
2 cups Water2 cups reduced-fat Milk4 pieces crushed Cardamom6 teaspoons Sugar4 Tea bags 10 Mint leaves4 teaspoons crushed Ginger
Combine water and milk in saucepan over medium heat.Add sugar, cardamom and tea bags. Heat to a boil and add crushed ginger.Boil for 2 minutes or longer for desired strength. Add green mint leaves. Remove tea bags, pour into cups or mugs and serve.
