What is a Community
Health All-Star?

We know that there are many unsung heroes working within communities to promote healthy lifestyles, and we wanted to highlight them and share their stories to inspire others! We believe that a Community Health All-Star is an individual or organization that:

  • takes nutrition education to a level that creates a deeper, greater impact
  • acts as a wellness leader and connects the community in unique ways
  • supports health in broad ways and expands upon a single touch point
  • inspires others to make healthy choices
  • provides positive role modeling
